Terms of service

These terms govern use of GlobalRanks and purchases of paid ranking placement. By submitting a listing or purchasing placement, you agree to these terms and the ranking rules.

GlobalRanks is operated by Joshua Burden. Questions, corrections, payment concerns, and content reports can be sent to support@globalranks.ai.

The service

GlobalRanks provides public product listings ranked by eligible confirmed spend. Listings, descriptions, countries, and logos are supplied by advertisers. GlobalRanks does not independently verify or endorse listed products. External websites have their own terms and policies.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you submit and for having authority to promote the website. You grant the operator permission to display the submitted content as part of your listing, leaderboard, and badge. You retain your rights to that content.

Purchases and placement

Payments are one-time purchases in USD. The checkout displays the amount before you confirm. Payment processing is provided by Stripe when live payments are enabled. Rank is awarded only after confirmed payment and may change immediately as other activity occurs. No traffic, revenue, fixed position, or continuous availability is promised.

Submitting an existing website increases the saved listing’s total; it does not transfer ownership of the listing or grant editing rights. Public listing details may be corrected or hidden by the operator under the ranking rules.

Refunds, disputes, and corrections

This refund policy applies to new purchases made after its publication on September 30, 2026.

Once your listing or boost is activated, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind, changes in rank, or lower-than-expected traffic. You are purchasing paid placement; a particular rank, number of visitors, or sales result is not guaranteed.

Contact support@globalranks.ai about duplicate or incorrect charges, or a placement that was not delivered. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Include your order identifier when contacting support about a payment or service problem. Any refund or eligible dispute reduces ranking spend.

Availability and misuse

The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. Do not attempt to access protected areas, interfere with payment or ranking systems, submit unlawful content, or manipulate click counts. Access or listings may be restricted for misuse.

Changes and questions

Service features and these terms may change. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Contact support@globalranks.ai for questions about your purchase or use of the service.
